began.....

 

Over the past 50 years, our team has advanced in design, sales and construction along with keeping up within the technology field.  Our goals and philosophy originates with excellence, honesty and integrity, but at the forefront of these attributes are our customers and their needs.  We advance daily from the satisfaction of our clients along with their happiness in their project. To obtain this satisfaction we demonstrate "open communication", which is crucial and the key to every project….this begins with listening and understanding each client’s wants and wishes.

 

But, to this history of our beginnings....it was thought up years ago by Coleene Vincent.  She knew the demands of real estate along with so many individuals moving to Texas daily.  There were and are not enough houses to accomodate so many people arriving in our vast lands of Texas...unless you prefer the accomodations already estabilished in ready made neighborhoods.  Her vision was much broader and more detailed. Wanting to have custom features, exceptional quality that will with-stand our era of building in features and lookds.  She wants to extend that 'wow-factor' to every home. 

 

In the spring of 2015, Coleene had a property listed in the Weatherford, MG & Phyllis just happened to be driving by and wanted to see what was inside.. We visited for hours, exchanging ideas and understood the needs of others that are not being met by honest dependable builders. MG also shared his expertise in the building industry and design field with some 'old school' was that still work for today.  Overall, our compatibitily and visions synced up perfectly...and history was made.  So, after this 'chance meeting', just a short year ago, we are now in business and officially
